Photos help us give you a better first answer, but the cause isn’t always visible in a photo. When it matters, we look in person before quoting.

Frequently asked
Will pressure washing damage my brick?
It can, when the pressure is too high or the mortar is already soft. We match the pressure and the cleaner to the surface and check the joints first. If the mortar is failing, we tell you, because that is a repair, not a washing job.
Can you seal the brick after washing?
Yes. We can apply a breathable masonry water repellent after washing, the same treatment we use on chimney restorations.
Can you work around business hours?
Tell us the hours that work for the property and we plan around them where we can.
How often does a house need washing?
In Houston’s humidity, many brick and stone homes need it every year or two. Shaded walls and north sides usually go first.
