This policy explains what information Houston Pro Masonry (“we”, “us”) collects through houstonpromasonry.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you request an estimate, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, phone number, email address (optional), city or ZIP code, the service you need, your project description, your preferred contact method and time, and any photos you choose to upload. If you call, text, or email us, we receive the information you share that way.
Information collected automatically
- Lead source. When you arrive from an ad or a link with campaign tags, the site notes the campaign details, the page you landed on, and the site that referred you. This is stored in your browser and sent only with an estimate request, so we can tell which marketing leads to real inquiries.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads measurement to see which ads lead to inquiries. You can turn either one off at any time (see “Your choices”). These tools may use cookies or similar technology. We don’t send the contents of the estimate form to them.
How we use information
- To respond to your request, assess your project, prepare estimates, and schedule and complete work
- To contact you by phone, text, or email about your request, as you agreed when you submitted the form
- To understand which pages, services, and ads bring in inquiries, and to improve the site
- To keep records of our work and meet legal obligations
Sharing
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and handle requests (such as hosting, form processing, and analytics providers), under their terms, or when required by law.
Your choices
- Analytics and ad measurement: use the “Privacy choices” link at the bottom of any page to turn these on or off. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out of ad measurement.
- Text messages: reply STOP to any text from us to stop receiving texts.
- Access or deletion: contact us to ask what information we hold about you or to ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep.
Photos you send
Photos you upload are used to understand and quote your project. We don’t publish customer photos from estimate requests on our website or social media without asking you first.
Retention and security
We keep request information as long as needed to respond, complete any work, and keep business records, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No website or transmission is completely secure.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
