An old double brick wall and its footing removed and replaced with a new 4-foot footing and a 7-foot CMU wall, about 700 linear feet long.

What we did
The existing double brick wall had failed along its run, so repairing sections would only have postponed the problem. The wall and its old footing were demolished and removed.
A new 4-foot footing went in first, then a 7-foot CMU block wall was built along roughly 700 linear feet, for long-term strength and a clean privacy wall finish.
