What we did
This chimney rises three stories, so every repair started with access and a thorough cleaning. With the masonry clean, the cracks, open mortar joints, crown, cap, and flashing could all be assessed and repaired in one visit to the roof.
Restored areas were matched in brick and mortar to blend with the existing chimney, and a water-prevention treatment went on last.
